Qwen Code is a terminal tool, not an app to download (downloading "Qwen" gets you the chat instead). Install it first with npm install -g @qwen-code/qwen-code (needs Node 20+), or see github.com/QwenLM/qwen-code. Then run this in your project terminal: it writes a QWEN.md (Qwen does not read AGENTS.md by default) so the agent greets you as this Kit, then registers the server. Restart Qwen Code before testing.
Use this for any MCP client that accepts JSON server config.
